Meatloaf & spinach Roll-Up.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hamburger, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, meatloaf seasoning, bacon strips. Frozen spinach.
  1. Step 1

    First mix up your meatloaf. Mix hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, meat loaf seasoning, and a little tomato sauce. Put in whatever your favorite ingredients.

  2. Step 2

    Using a piece of waxed paper flatten out your meat loaf into a big rectangle. Place the thawed spinach all over the top, leaving about a half an inch on all sides.

  3. Step 3

    Carefully start rolling meat loaf pulling up on the waxed paper to get it started. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the top of roll. Then take some strips of bacon and criss cross them across the top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 or 1 1/2 hours.

  4. Step 4

    You dont have to use spinach. There are alot of different things that you can roll-up into it. Any kind of vegetable or cheese etc.etc. The tomato sauce can be substituted over the top also. What ever you like.

Tips & Warnings
  • The bacon strips are for moisture and an awsome flavor.
