Things You'll Need:
- Chicken breasts, corn bread stuffing, cream of chicken soup.
-
Step 1
First you need some chicken brests. Lay them flat and pound them out. Not too much, mostly on the thicker end. This will make them roll up easier.
-
Step 2
Prepare the stuffing as directed or you can make from scratch. With the chicken laying flat put about a spoonfull of the stuffing on top of the wider end and roll up while poking the stuffing in the sides so that it does'nt push out.
-
Step 3
Place in baking dish. Do the same with all chicken breasts. the left over stuffing you can make little balls and place beside the breasts. Mix cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of milk. Pour over the top and bake in oven for about 1 hour. ENJOY!!
-
Step 4
You can also use cream of chicken and mushroom soup. Or just some mushrooms if you like. Use your imagination. Dont forget to season. I usually dont use too much seasoning because I cook for my Grandmother and she is on a strict diet.
