You have just spent all your hard labor building up your garden just to have those pesky bugs come in and tear it all down. The best way to stop this from happening is to not let them get in. This article will show you step-by-step how to keep those nasty little critters out and your fruit in.

Things You'll Need:

• A garden
• Some yard tools, such as: rakes, clippers, gloves etc.
• Dish water

   First till your garden, just doing this destroys the insects home. It exposes the larvae to the surface and lets the cold air kill it.

   Next you plant your garden. You want to make sure your garden is clean at all times, bugs are attracted to piles of leaves, grass, and dense spots of weeds.

   The third and final step is to take your dish water and pour it on your garden at night. Make sure it is soapy. Do this about once every week. This solution keeps the bugs away. Do this step with consistency.

Tips & Warnings

• Some organic gardeners use a hot pepper wax that they lightly douce on the leaves of their plants. The oils from this wax wards off the harmful insects and other pests as well.
• One of the best ways to control the insects that damage the plants in your garden is by allowing helpful pests in that will drive those harmful ones away or eat them.
