Run 440 wire to internal breaker box and drill holes through the 2-by-4s in your house. Run 220 wire and 110 wires to the areas where the outlets will go. Use the negative and positive wires for all outlets separately. Make sure the ground wire is hooked up to all outlets.

Put the 220 amp into the external box but do not hook it up yet. Run 110 and 220 wires from the internal breaker box to the internal outlets. Connect 220 wires to the 60 amp breaker and set them in the box. Do the same for 110 wire which is usually for 20 amp breakers.

Connect outside breaker to the 440 using the Philips and flat screwdriver and do the same inside. Connect the 220 amp into the external breaker box. Have a licensed electrician inspect your work when you are done.

Have the electric company turn your electric back on, once the inspector gives you the OK. After the electric company turns the power back on, take your voltage tester and check all outlets to double check that everything is on. The voltage tester should read 110 for regular outlets and 220 for the stove, dryer, and hot water tank.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure the power is always off before working on electricity. Double check everything using your voltage tester. Leave yourself extra wire from the internal breaker box in case you may need to change breakers. Have extra breakers just in case you need them. Before testing internal and external breaker boxes, make sure breakers are on so the voltage tester will read right.
Never touch electric until you know it is completely off. Make sure external and internal breaker boxes are grounded properly or the electric will not work right.
