How to Cure Psoriasis From the Inside
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease that causes red scaly patches on the skin. Although it's not life threatening, psoriasis can affect the quality of life for many sufferers. Some theories postulate that psoriasis has its origins in the intestinal tract, and that the skin irritations are caused by a buildup of toxins in the system trying to exit the body through the sweat glands. Dr. John Pagano, author of "Healing Psoriasis: The Natural Alternative," recommends a proper diet and adequate eliminations to help control the disease.
