Go to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Schools search tool on their website to search for flight schools in your area. Look at the advertisements in a pilot magazine to find flight school training programs. Plane and Pilot Magazine is a popular magazine for pilots that is available for purchase in many magazine stores.

Join a pilot club. Being part of a pilot club gives you access to experienced pilots who can share valuable information on flight training with you. Search for pilot club advertisements at your local airport and in your local newspaper.
