How to Apply for Firefighter Grants
Whether applying for the Assistance to Firefighters Grant, the Staffing for Adequate Fire And Emergency Response grant or the Fire Prevention and Safety grant, fire departments handle all applications through the FEMA website. The simple online application will guide departments through a grant proposal. With funding from these grants, fire departments will have money necessary to add new vehicles, staff and equipment.
