How to Convert DVD to M4V

M4V is a video format mostly used with iPods. A DVD must be converted to an M4V file in order to view it on your iPod. The DVD Ripper is the best program for that conversion.

Things You'll Need:

• Computer
• DVD-ROM
• DVD
• DVD Ripper software

1. Download and install DVD Ripper. A link can be found below in the Resources section.

2. Open DVD Ripper. Once open, insert a DVD into the DVD-ROM drive.

3. Click "Add..." and select the DVD drive. This will load the DVD files into the program.

4. Click the "Settings" button and change the "format preset" to M4V. Then, press "OK".

5. Click "Start" in the lower right corner. This will convert the files.
