Quite possibly the most cumbersome of sexual tasks for men is locating and stimulating the female G-spot. This bulbous ribbed gland is the key to optimal sexual pleasure. G-spot stimulation is rumored to be most pleasurable by many women. Books and tutorials are dedicated to helping one learn about and master this technique. You can discover how to stimulate the G-spot on your own with a few tips.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A female partner
  • Pillow
  • Personal lubricant
  1. Step 1

Position the female in a horizontal position with her hips slightly elevated. You might want to have a pillow underneath her rear end to help assist with the elevating.

  2. Step 2

Apply a drop of personal lubricant to your index finger. Lubricant will make entering the vaginal cavity more comfortable for the female. If she is already significantly aroused, you won't need lubricant.

  3. Step 3

Insert your index finger, palm side up into the vaginal cavity. With a light stroking motion feel the ribbed area just above where your finger is. This is the G-spot.

  4. Step 4

Use your free hand to gently stroke the clitoris. A light touch is necessary because the sensations the female is feeling are already quite intense. You will feel the G-spot contracting and swelling slightly. It is at this point that you should engage in full stimulation.

  5. Step 5

Stroke the G-spot using a "come hither" motion with your index finger, followed by a clockwise or counter clockwise swirling motion. Alternate the motions, while pressing firmly but carefully into the G-spot.

  6. Step 6

Once she begins to feel a building up toward orgasm you can add another finger inside the vaginal cavity. Ask the female what she prefers. Stay on this course and she will reach orgasm through G-spot stimulation.
