1. Put on that perfect outfit--you know, the one that makes you stare in the mirror, spin around and boosts your ego. To top it off, spend a little time pampering yourself. It could be as simple as buying that new shade of lipstick that shines an iridescent pink in the light. Or it could even be a new fabulous haircut you saw in a magazine--whatever it takes to make you feel ready to face the world.

2. Be confident and feel good about yourself. Nobody wants to approach someone who looks miserable, turns their head away from people and does not smile. A smile can be a lasting impression and may factor in whether or not that cute guy from across the rooms says hello.

3. Get yourself out there! Mr. Right will have a hard time finding you if you are cooped up in a hotel room or seclude yourself from the crowd. In any city, there are things to do, such as visiting a local hotspot. Before traveling, do a little research on the places you plan to visit or ask around when you arrive. You never know, the person you speak with could even be the man of your dreams.

4. Make eye contact. Sometimes those moments when the eyes meet can be the most enduring. Men know you are interested if you flirt with your eyes.

5. Allow conversation. Don't be afraid to open up. This is the time to learn about someone and for him to learn about you. Ask him questions about his life, his likes and dislikes. Nobody enjoys quiet awkwardness.
