Valentine's Day, traditionally a holiday for lovers, has branched out to become a day to show anyone you love just how much you care about them, including co-workers. While flowers, chocolate and romantic cards make great gifts, really surprise your friend or loved one by decorating his or her cubicle for Valentine's Day. It will be a February 14th they'll be sure to remember.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Red and pink crepe paper
  • Red, pink and white construction paper
  • Lace doilies
  • Silk flowers
  • Wide ribbon of your choice
  • Tape
  • Cute stuffed animal
  • Tissue paper
  • Scissors
  1. Step 1

Purchase a cute stuffed animal such as the one pictured above, and set it in the office chair or in the middle of the desk, perhaps on a computer keyboard.

  2. Step 2

Wrap the back of the office chair in pink or red tissue paper. Secure it with tape and a big bow, and tape construction paper hearts to it.

  3. Step 3

Make a frame for the computer monitor out of construction paper hearts. Stick them onto the computer with tape.

  4. Step 4

Drape streamers along the tops of the cubicle walls. Tape hearts made from construction paper and doilies on the cubicle walls. Write a message of love on each heart.

  5. Step 5

Place a simple gift in each desk drawer, such as one piece of chocolate or a single rose.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to clear this with the boss before you go crazy decorating the cubicle.
