Things You'll Need:
- Lavender Essential Oils
- Sea Salt, Salt, or Epsom Sea Salt
- Warm Water
- Tea Tree Oil (Optional)
- Soft Towel

Step 1
Fill a small tub, small container, or a bath with enough warm water to cover the feet.

Step 2
Add 2 to 10 drops of lavender essential oil to the bath.

Step 3
Add several teaspoons, 2 to 4, to a small bath or 1/2 a cup to a bathtub.

Step 4
(Optional) Add 1 to 4 drops of tea tree oil depending on the amount of water in the bath, tea tree oil anti-fungal.

Step 5
Mix the water, essential oils, and salts thoroughly.

Step 6
Soak tired feet for 5 to 15 minutes. Dry feet with a soft towel when finished soaking.

on 5/26/2009 I love the smell of lavender too. If your feet are really dry, just leave out the salt. The lavender and salt can act act an antifungal which is a great benefit too. God bless.
