How to Love Gmail
As a transplant to Gmail after being with AOL for over 10 years, I have noticed some differences that I absolutely love. While there are parts of Gmail that I don't like, Gmail appears to be the best web-based email system out there; it's also free and easy to sign up for. Here is how to fully appreciate Gmail.

Notice that you can "STAR" the emails, which serve as a little reminder that there is something important about that email. You can then sort by "starred" or "unstarred," which is also helpful.

Notice that you can access Gmail from any computer that is connected to the Internet. This is incredibly useful while you are traveling or away from your home computer.

4
Notice that each email is spell checked as you write it. This is really cool and helpful.

Notice that you can change the domain name. My email address ends with @franklinschool.net, but it is actually a Gmail account. You can simply have your site administrator set up the account with the fine people at Google Apps.
