oyster soup is delicious and fun to make. Also very lost cost to make too.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 cans of oyster, drained
  • large pot
  • stove
  • butter
  • 1/4 gallon milk
  1. Step 1

Gather up all the items on the list. Remove the oysters from the can and drain them using a paper towel. If you want to use flavored oysters, only used smoked. If you want you can use fresh oysters. You will need to clean and gut all the oysters, and drain them too.

  2. Step 2

Bring the milk, butter and spices to a boil. You could always use margarine instead of butter for the same effect and taste. Spices that I recommend personally using is pepper, salt, garlic and maybe lemon. Be creative, cooking is all about trial and error. Then added drained oysters to the mix. Let boil for about 15 minutes.

  3. Step 3

When done serve up hot with crackers and a very nice Cesar salad. Toast would be excellent to be used with this dish. Fresh baked bread would be good with this as well.
