Step 1
When you get up in the morning the first thing you should do before you eat or drink anything, is brush you teeth. Brush you teeth for about 6-8 minutes and then gargle with mouth wash for about 30 seconds.

After you eat any meal during the day brush your teeth for about 2-4 minutes. Then rinse your mouth out with mouth wash or water. This will help prevent food from getting stuck in your teeth. Which can lead to your breath having an unpleasant odor.

At night right before you go to bed, brush your teeth for about 3-5 minutes and rinse out your mouth. If you follow these steps every single day, your mouth will without a doubt will begin to look and feel healthier. In the long run adapting a good oral hygiene habit like this, will save you from trips to the Dentist.
