This is a great stain remover for removing dirt, grass, grease, chocolate, blood, and even the yellow stains on baby clothes. You can mix these ingredients up in a little bottle and treat stains long before you actually you launder them.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Liquid dish soap
  • Liquid laundry detergent
  • Water
  • Squirt or spray bottle
  1. Step 1

Find a small bottle appropriate for holding your stain remover. Use a spray bottle of a squirt bottle.

  2. Step 2

Pour dish soap and laundry detergent in the bottle at a one to one ratio.

  3. Step 3

Add 1/4 part water to the dish soap/laundry detergent.

  4. Step 4

Place the lid on securely and shake to mix.

  5. Step 5

To treat stains, squirt a bit of stain remover directly on the stain. Rub the remover into a stain. If you like, add a bit of cold water to help the cloth absorb the stain remover. Don't use hot water as it "cooks" the stain into the cloth.

  6. Step 6

After treating, toss in the laundry basket and launder as usual when you get the chance. You don't have to wash it right away.

Tips & Warnings
  • Test an inconspicuous spot on clothing first.
  • Always use caution when treating khaki clothing, since khaki is sensitive to stain removers. Test a spot first.
  • For best results, treat stain as soon as possible.
