I will tell you how to add more water to your diet. The more water you drink, the more weight you will lose. I will show you how

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first thing you need to do is get one bottle that you will use for water. Having one bottle will be easier because you will always have it. You will not have to switch between different bottles, wondering if that is the one you drank out of last. One bottle is easiest. Also, make sure that the bottle is 1 Liter in size. Any bigger and it is too bulky: any less and you have to fill it up too often.

  2. Step 2

If you dont drink alot of water, you will want to start slow. You will start with 1 Liter of water a day, drinking throughout the day. You dont want to drink too much, you do have a life and do not want to spend the day in the bathroom. So, each day for a week, drink 1 Liter of water a day.

  3. Step 3

The next week, drink 2 Liters of water a day. Just refill your bottle once a day. The next week, drink 3 Liters a day. The next week, drink 4 Liters a day.

  4. Step 4

Each week, we bumped our water consumption up 1 Liter. By 4 weeks, we are drinking a little over a gallon of water a day {1 Gallon= 3.72 Liters)

Doing it this way help to control your body and allow you to get used to the extra water consumption. You should not go to the bathroom much more than you did before. Of course, each person is different.
