Things You'll Need:
- You will need Windows XP, or higher connected to the Internet and permission to log on to a Windows server. You also will need log-on credentials---user name and password---and the IP address. Finally, be sure to have the port that terminal services is listening on.

Click on "Start."

Right-click on "All Programs."

Click on "Accessories."

Choose "Remote Desktop Connection," and click. This will bring up a dialog box with information needed to connect to the Windows server.

Enter the IP address for the Window server in the "General" tab.

Next, input user name, and check the "Allow Me to Save Credentials" box.

Click the "Save" button, and enter file name in the "Save As" box. This will allow you connect to this server again without re-entering the information.
