Step 1
Wear an exfoliating facial scrub twice a week. Exfoliating scrubs contain texture and moisturizers. The texture within the scrubs remove all dead skin particles to reveal an entirely new layer of skin. It is important to remove all of the dry skin on your face before moisturizers will properly penetrate your pores. The moisturizer, in turn, rejuvenates the newly revealed skin to give your face a smooth texture and youthful glow.

Step 2
Apply facial moisturizer to your freshly washed face every night before bed. Spread a generous amount evenly across your skin. Allowing your skin to moisturize overnight without the interruption of makeup will greatly promote the prevention of dry skin from returning the following day.
-
Step 3
Use aloe as a makeup primer. Before applying makeup, apply a liquid aloe over you skin. This will allow your skin to produce an even amount of moisture while also prevent oily skin from occurring. In addition, aloe will form a sealant over your skin. This creates a barrier, so your makeup won't enter your pores, which is irritating and a common cause of dry skin.

Step 4
Create a nutritional mask out of oatmeal and olive oil. Mix an even amount of olive oil and cooked oatmeal. Wait for the mixture to cool before applying to your face as a mask and leave it on to penetrate your skin for 20 minutes. The natural nutrients within olive oil and oatmeal train your skin to correct its pH balance, creating healthier skin. Apply a nutrient mask as often as needed.
