      Download the ODBC driver and Publish Query for Microsoft SQL Server (see link in Resources). They will be required to create a Microsoft Word document from a SQL Query

      Run the set up of the Publish Query for Microsoft SQL Server and follow the instructions for installation in the wizard menu. It will detect automatically the correct database and path settings for your system and provide an advanced option for power users.

      Open the Publish Query interface by selecting the menu option "Publish Query" from the User Interface menu. Left click the desired query to queue the results to save as a Word document.

      Select the "Run Query" option from the SQL user interface menu and the stored query results will then be written to Microsoft Word.
