Earn FREE money to Spend at CVS just for filling your prescriptions at the pharmacy

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • CVS card
  • Prescriptions
  1. Step 1

Stores are gaining in popularity that have store cards that offer a Cash Back option or discounts for bringing in their store card and using it to track purchases. You can earn extra care bucks from CVS just for remembering to bring in your CVS Extra Care card and using it for all purchases in store especially prescriptions.

  2. Step 2

Go to CVS and complete a form for an Extra Care Card. The process may be a little tedious, but it's worth the time spent completing the short application.

  3. Step 3

By applying for the Extra care card you can earn anywhere from $1- $2 per prescription filled. This can add up to a substantial amount of savings. Use your card when ordering online as well as when you are in store. CVS also provides a convenient option of adding a small card to your key chain so there's no reason to leave home without one.

Tips & Warnings
  • Each time you enter the store you may want to go up to one of the RED scanning machines and scan your card before you start selecting items you need to purchase. I wasn't aware you could do this until an employee scanned my card before ringing up my order and about 5 coupons printed out including Extra Care bucks worth $9 to be used just like cash.
  • You must not go under the amount to be disbursed. Example: If you have $9 in extra care bucks you will need to spend $9 or more and this can not be used for prescriptions. It's a WIN WIN situation.
