Cayenne pepper is considered by many as just an herb to give a little extra taste to your meal, but the truth is that cayenne pepper is one of the healthiest herbs. There are many ailments that cayenne pepper is good for, but one of the most common uses of cayenne pepper is to lower blood pressure. This is how you can use cayenne pepper to lower your blood pressure.

Things You'll Need:

  • cayenne pepper
  • a glass
  • water
  • food
  1. Step 1

    First you must make your cayenne pepper drink. Get one cup of water and add to it one teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

  2. Step 2

    Next decide on the temperature you want your drink to be. You can just drink the cayenne pepper drink as it is, but some people say it works better if you put the drink in the microwave and heat it up.

  3. Step 3

    Make and drink this cayenne pepper concoction once every day.

  4. Step 4

    Keep in mind that a little extra cayenne pepper never hurts. Feel free to also add some cayenne pepper to any meals that you have throughout the day.

  5. Step 5

    After you have taken the cayenne pepper drink once every day for a month, check your blood pressure to see if the cayenne pepper drink worked.
