How to Refill a Beanbag
Beanbags seem almost impossible to refill because it is difficult to keep the lightweight "beans" in place. Beanbags were not designed to be refilled, so it is moderately difficult to do so. The job takes patience but can be done with the help of a friend. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Move the beanbag into a room that is enclosed and does not have a draft. All windows should be closed, and any air should be shut off, including fans.
-
2
Locate the zipper on your beanbag. If you cannot pull the zipper, place a paper clip inside of the piece you pull and gently tug. Do not completely open the beanbag yet. Just be sure that it is possible to open it.

3
Grab your bag of refill beans and gently unzip your beanbag enough to place the refill beans inside.
-
4
Have your friend place the refill beans inside of the beanbag while you hold it. For the least mess, put a corner of the intact refill bag into the beanbag and then cut it open with scissors.
-
5
Empty the entire bag of refill beans into the beanbag chair. Be sure that the beanbag is full but not too firm.
-
6
Zip the beanbag back up and lock it if necessary.
