Get A Six Pack (Solid Abs) Working Out At Home

Recently a friend of mine asked me, what do I have to do to get a six pack fast? I told him, honestly there is really nothing you could do to get solid abs fast. But if you invest time and energy into a simple exercise plan. And do it consistently over a couple of months or more. You will not only get rock solid abs, you will also be able to maintain them.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Consistently
  • Determination
  • Work-Out Gear
  • Water or Sport Drink
  1. Step 1

Pick 4 to 5 days out of the week were you will be able to dedicate at least one hour and 30 minutes with no interruptions to workout. Also pick a decent place you will be able to do your abs workouts at. For example living room, bedroom, or backyard. Also schedule a convenient time were you will be you will be available just about everyday of the week to work-out.

  2. Step 2

Now put on your work-out gear and get ready to sweat.(Always remember to stretch for a least 5 minutes before every work-out.) Start the first half your workout doing sets of sit-ups. Start out doing sets of 20 with 2-3 rest in between sets. (Do more or less depending on what your body is capable of doing.) In the following weeks, gradually increase your sit-up sets buy five.(For example instead of doing sets of 20 do sets of 25 etc.)

  3. Step 3

Now for the second half of your work-outs do stomach crunches. Once again start with sets of 20 (more or less) with 2-3 minute rest in between sets. In the following weeks gradually increase you set by 5.

  4. Step 4

Always keep a bottle of water or gatorade to drink for after your work-outs. You want to make sure your body is fully hydrated. Now that your done with your daily abs work-out, make sure you body gets plenty of rest. So you will be able to start your next schedule work with problems. If you stick to your schedule abs works-outs you will without a doubt get your desired six pack in a reasonable amount of time. Good Luck!

Tips & Warnings
  • It is always a good idea to stretch before you do any type of work out. This will help avoid any cramping during exercising.
  • If you get nausea or fill light-head during exercising stop working out immediately and get some rest. If you continuously get these filling, go see a doctor ASAP.
