Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Housing reservations
  • Traveling arrangements to get to Las Vegas
  • A way to travel while in Las Vegas
  1. Step 1

Go online and search craigslist and other web sites that offer vacation rental listings for vacation rentals in Las Vegas. This a great way for a more direct contact with the person or company who's renting the property out.

  2. Step 2

Contact the person or company and find out what their rates are. The rates you want to know about are the rental rates to calculate how much the lodging will be, what the deposit rate is, and if their is a cleaning fee. Other rates may apply, so just ask what payments are required to rent the property.

  3. Step 3

Make travel arrangements. Be sure to book your flight, bus ride, or train trip in enough time. This way, you can receive great travel deals because of early booking. Also secure a rental vehicle if needed.

  4. Step 4

When you arrive in town, make sure you know if you will be meeting at the office of the person who you are renting the vacation property from or if you will meet them at the actual location of the rental. If payment has not already been made, please have cash, money order, or debit card ready. Checks may delay or even disqualify you from renting the vacation property.

  5. Step 5

Make sure that you keep the vacation property in acceptable shape, and try not to cause any damage while staying. When you are ready to leave, make sure the individual or company knows so you can make arrangements to drop off the key of leave it in the property.
