Step 1
Wash the lemon skins thoroughly with Fruit & Veggie Soap or your own mixture of water and white vinegar.
Quarter the lemons. -
Step 2
Add the lemons, the sugar and 3 cups of the water to the blender and pulse until the lemons are finely chopped.

Step 3
Pour the mixture from the blender through a strainer and into your serving jug. Add the remaining water and the ice. Serve chilled.
Add a lemon slice for garnish if desired.
