Be kind.
Practice acts of kindness. Throughout your day choose actions that are kind to those around you. The reactions will be positive and will give you a sense of appreciation, and happiness. Kindness attracts kindness. Even if someone is not kind to you, continue to be kind. Do not stress or allow negative thoughts. And remember that each person who experiences kindness will in turn act in kindness. Kindness and happiness are contagious. -
Step 2
Be gracious.
Remember the good things in your life. Do not focus on the negative. Focus on the positive. Be grateful for the many blessings in your life. Negative attracts more negative. Be gracious and attract more things for which to be grateful. -
Step 3
Be there.
Predict the future- happiness. Let go of the negative. Foresee your life with happiness and positive energy. Allow your thoughts and feelings to live your future dreams. -
Step 4
Choose to be happy. Enjoy your life!
