For the majority of us, age spots are a part of the aging process. We don’t necessarily like the idea of age spots creeping up on our hands, face, neck, arms and other body parts. There is good news if you’re tired of age spots. You can reduce the appearance or get rid of age spots with olive oil.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Virgin olive oil
  • Cotton Ball
  • Exfoliating Scrub
  • Warm Water
  1. Step 1

    One of the problems with getting rid of age spots is they are so far beneath the skin. The first step to fading age spots is to ex foliate the age spot areas daily to remove dead skin and generate new skin growth.

  2. Step 2

    Once you have ex foliated the age spot area, pat it dry with a clean towel.

  3. Step 3

    Saturate a cotton ball with virgin olive oil.

  4. Step 4

    Using a circular motion, rub the virgin olive oil into the age spot area. Make certain to use plenty of the olive oil to thoroughly soak into the skin.

  5. Step 5

    Repeat daily. You should notice a significant decrease in age spots on your skin.

  • Cook with virgin olive oil reduces age spots from appearing on the skin.
