Step 1
Find the most tender spot between the thumb and forefinger* Find the most tender spot - Gohkoku point by pressing between the thumb and forefinger as shown in the diagram. Use the right thumb to press the left side, and vice versa.

Step 2
* Once you find the exact point, keep massaging or pressing until soreness of the spot will disappear, roughly for a few minutes. Then you will notice that stiffness of the neck & shoulders and fatigue of the eyes would be much less.

Step 3
* This simple but very effective acupressure or massage should be done anytime and anywhere, even when you are working on the computer or attending a meeting. Nobody will notice it! If fatigue of the eyes is a main problem, massage this Kyokuchi point on the elbow as well(it is at the end of the crease when you bend the elbow, a quite tender spot when pressed hard). Massaging along the line connecting Gohkoku and Kyokuchi can be much more effective too.
