Things You'll Need:
- Paper plate
- Red, white and blue tissue paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Piece of yarn or string
- Glitter

Step 1
Measure and cut a piece of string or yarn to the desired length for the hanger. Punch two holes on the top of the paper plate for your hanger attachment.

Step 2
Cut out the center of the plate. You can save this piece for future crafts. Then cut out 5" x 5" squares of of the red, white and blue tissue paper. Start out with a small amount to cover your surface.

Step 3
Crumple tissue and apply a dab a glue to the plate. Attach and alternate the colors around your circle until full.

Step 4
Dab small dots of glue around wreath. Sprinkle glitter. Let dry and then attach your hanger.
