How to Put on a Swim Cap With Long Hair

Chlorine can be deleterious to your hair's health. • 2 ponytail holders
• Bobby pins

Instructions

1. Pull hair back into a tight ponytail, securing with a ponytail holder.

2. Take the second ponytail holder and create a tight bun with the ponytail. Use a few bobby pins to secure the sides of the bun to the head. This will prevent hair from flopping around.

3. Place the swim cap at the back of your head, pulling it up over your bun, toward the front of your head.

4. Pull the swim cap down on the sides, near your ears to secure it to your head and prevent your hair from getting wet.

5. Pull the swim cap down in front to ensure comfort.
