How to Use Dual Action Cleanse
Dual Action Cleanse is a colon cleansing program designed to increase bowel movements by up to 3 times a day, and relieve the colon of impurities. The program consists of two different formulas as part of the Dual Action Cleanse Kit: the Colon Clear and the Total Body Purifier. The Colon Clear consists of a blend of 22 fibers and herbs that are designed to enhance peristalsis in the digestive tract. The Total Body Purifier contains 33 herbs such as alfalfa, burdock root and echinacea. It is the claimed that each of the herbs targets a specific area of the body.

Take one tablet of the Total Body Purifier during breakfast or lunch with your meal. Take a second tablet during dinner with your meal. Don't take more than two tablets during the course of one day.

Take one tablet of the Colon Clear in the morning with or without food. Take a second tablet of the Colon Clear in the evening with or without food. The Colon Clear contains cascara sagrada bark which may result in loose stools, diarrhea and general abdominal pain. If you experience any of these symptoms, discontinue use of the Colon Clear immediately and consult a physician.

Continue taking the Total Body Purifier and the Colon Clear as directed in Steps 1 and 2 every day for one month.

After one whole month has passed, stop taking the Colon Clear, but continue taking the Total Body Purifier tablets as directed in Step 1.

Resume taking the Colon Clear after the month long break. The Colon Clear is designed to be taken every other month, unlike the Total Body Purifier, which is meant to be taken consistently or until you are finished with the cleansing program.

Tips & Warnings
Drink 4 to 8 cups of water everyday while on the Dual Action Cleanse program. Eat at least three healthy meals consisting of lots of leafy green vegetables and lean proteins; a healthy diet will enhance the cleansing effects of the Dual Action Cleanse program. Avoid junk food and fast food meals while on the cleanse.
Dual Action Cleanse contains cascara sagrada bark, which may be harmful to some individuals; consult with your doctor before starting this, or any other, cleansing program. Don't use the Dual Action Cleanse while pregnant or nursing. This product is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age.
