How to Make Baby Cookie Bouquets

Make sugar cookies with baby-themed cookie cutters. Insert a cookie stick into each one. See Resources below for a recipe and guide on how to do this. You can find cookie sticks in the cake decorating aisle of your local craft store.

Wrap floral foam or Styrofoam in tissue paper. Wrap it just like you would a present using Scotch tape.

Place the wrapped cube in the bottom of the basket. Make sure it fits snugly.
