Wondering how to find a Good Domain Name? Here are some easy steps to brief you through the process. It won't cost you a nickle, yea its free.

Things You'll Need:

  • Godaddy bulk search tool
  • Wordtracker Free keywords tool
  • Wordtracker G-trend Free keywords tool
  • Google Adwords keyword tool
  • Estibot appraisal tool
  • Open Office spreadsheet tool
  1. Step 1

    a)Find your niche. If you do not have a niche, try find something you want to sell, offer. eg: "computer parts"

    b)Type your niche or area of interest in the free keywords tool. A list of related keywords will pop up and the number beside the each keywords show how many people is searching for this keyword (relatively, not actual-1 searches can means 100 or 1000 searches in google)

    c)Copy and Paste them in the Spreadsheet.

  2. Step 2

    a) Copy only the 2nd column (ignoring the searches-just the keywords)
    b) Paste all the keywords in the Godaddy bulk search tool
    c) Type in the access code and hit search
    d) A list of available keywords will appear

  3. Step 3

    a) Screen through all the available domain name and select one.
    b) Copy and paste the domain name in the estibot appraisal tool
    c) Remember to separate each keyword with a space. If possible, retype them in lower case letter.
    d) Hit the appraise button and wait for the appraisal value. Repeat step a,b,c if the domain name is not good.

Tips & Warnings
  • estibot value >20,000 is execellent
  • estibot value >10,000 and <20,000 is good
  • estibot value >5000 and <10,000 is above average
  • estibot value >1000 and <5000 is average
  • estibot value <1000 Poor
  • If your domain name can get excellent score in estibot value, i will guarantee you constant traffic to your site :) Its a jackport.
  • Try to find domain name with a good and above average value. Usually you will get average value domain name.
  • It takes time to know what you are finding and base on my experience, once you have master all the steps above and know your niche, you can easily get high end average domain name.(>$3000 and <$5000)
