Rid Yourself of Bad Breath
Rid Yourself of Bad Breath

Unpleasant breath is an affliction that affects many people. It can be caused by poor dental hygiene, allergies, the food we eat and a number of other reasons. Thankfully there are a few remedies

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • tooth brush
  • tooth paste
  • dental floss
  1. Step 1

Make sure you brush your teeth, gums and especially the tongue, twice a day. Once when waking up, and once when going to bed. Don't forget to neglect the tongue. A lot of bacteria is collected in this area of the mouth, and it is believed to be major contributor to halitosis.

  2. Step 2

Don't forget to floss after meals, and after snacks. The dental floss gets in between the teeth, were decaying food particles may cause bad breath. you might want to consider using the scented dental floss. I find it to work better, than the mints to get rid of unpleasant breath.

  3. Step 3

post nasal drip, from allergies is another reason for bad breath. An antihistamine, maybe able to lessen the effects

Tips & Warnings
  • make sure to carry mints and gum
  • try to avoid coffee, and alcohol
