Step 1
Ground BeefFirst start browning ground beef about a half pound in skillet. Add some seasonings to your ground beef while browning it. I usually use a little garlic salt and ground pepper. Put your re fried beans in a small pot and slowly warm beans. Stir often to prevent from sticking or burning.
-
Step 2
Tortilla WrapsThen you need to start shredding or chopping up your Lettuce. Now dice your onions and tomatoes. Once the ground beef is browned. Turn off heat and drain all of the grease from the beef. Open your can of olives and get your cheese, taco sauce,Tortilla wraps and sour cream out.
-
Step 3
Re fried BeansI always put my tortilla wraps in the microwave for about 20 seconds to warm them and keep them from cracking up. Pull tortillas out of the microwave and start filling them with a little ground beef. Put some re fried beans in next. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, Then put your sour cream on.
-
Step 4
Cheddar CheeseNow cover with shredded mild cheddar cheese. Top with a little black olive slices and pour some taco sauce over the top. Wow now you need to try and roll this huge baby up into a burrito. I fold the bottom up as much as possible then roll the sides over and dig in. A great big Glass of milk is excellent with it. You Have a delicious easy meal that will feed three to four people.
