Things You'll Need:
- eggs
- sausage
- ham
- bacon bits
- cheese
- hash browns
-
Step 1
Brown 1 pound of sausage and drain off grease onto paper towels. Set aside until ready to use. Fry bacon and chop into bacon bits or just use bacon bits if you don't want to use the time to fry the bacon. Cut ham into cubes. Use more or less meat to suit your taste. Or you can just use one if you like it more than others.
-
Step 2
Beat a dozen eggs well and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside until you are ready to assemble your casserole.
-
Step 3
In a 13 x 9 cake pan spray with Pam or cover with butter. Put 1 pound bag of shredded hash browns on bottom. Cover hash browns with sausage, bacon, and ham. Cover with 8 ounces of shredded cheese. I like to use mozzerala or cheddar but any type of cheese you like will work. Cover with eggs. Cover with aluminum foil and refridgerate until ready to cook.
-
Step 4
Cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining shredded cheese and cook 15 more minutes. Cut into squares and serve with your favorite breakfast bread.
