How to Become a Body Balance Instructor
Body Balance combines yoga, tai chi and Pilates to build flexibility and strength in the body and create a calm and centered mind. Exercisers focus on controlled breathing, which improves their concentration, and perform a series of moves that foster harmony in the entire body. Soothing music helps generate this feeling of serenity and centeredness. Many people, once they've learned how to center their bodies, want to become body balance instructors in order to pass on what they've learned to others.
