How to Install a Driver for Creative Zen V Plus
The Creative Zen V Plus is a very small and powerful MP3 player. The Zen V is small enough to fit in your shirt pocket or hold in the palm of your hand. The player allows you to listen to FM radio and use it as a recorder, as well as play your favorite MP3 music collection. The driver installation for your Creative Zen V Plus will depend on your operating system, but the process is simple and direct.

Tips & Warnings
To find out which bit Windows system you are operating, click on "Computer" on the tool bar under the address window, then click "System Properties" and the Windows Vista type will be listed last under the "System" section. Creative provides an update tool to keep your Creative Zen V Plus firmware updated and to help with maintaining your Zen V Plus. If you lose your music downloads or for some reason need to repair the files on your Zen V Plus, Creative has a recovery tool on its websites (see Resources).
Do not plug your Zen V Plus into your computer until you run the firmware installation, as this will activate Window's automatic installation for plug-and-play. The automatic plug-and-play can create problems with the installation and can make the installation process much longer.
