Another important thing to consider is that did you take any AP classes in those subjects? Many schools offer U.S History AP, Biology AP, Chemistry AP, and Physics AP to their students. If you are doing or did well in that AP class, it is important to know that you will have a very high chance of doing well on the SAT II subject test in that subject.

If you are comfortable with several of those subject tests, then you are in luck. Basically choose the one that you feel most comfortable with. Another thing to consider is what major do you plan to put on your college application. If you choose, science, math or engineering, taking biology, chemistry or physics might benefit you on the college application. If you choose social science for a major, then U.S history or a foreign language might benefit you on the college application.
