Instructions

    • 1

Fill a pot of water and turn the heat to high. This is for your pasta.

    • 2

Use a cheese grader to grade down two large carrots, half of a red pepper, half of an onion, and two stalks of celery. This is the key to getting your kids to eat their vegetables. You make the vegetables so small that the children don't bite in to them. They bite in to the pasta with the vegetables surrounding it.

    • 3

Place the pasta in the water as soon as it boils. Watch for the pasta to begin floating at the top to know whether it is finished cooking or not. You can always test one bite with a fork to see if it is done.

    • 4

Pour a small amount of extra virgin olive oil in a pan and turn the heat to medium.

    • 5

Chop up some garlic and throw it in the pan. Then add your shredded veggies.

    • 6

Stir the veggies until they are soft and then add the cooked pasta.

    • 7

Cook for another 3-4 minutes and then plate the vegetable pasta.

    • 8

Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and watch in amazement as your kids eat all of their dinner.
