Here is a simple step by step process you can use for dry hair and banana avocado smoothie is a great conditioner for those who suffer from dry hair including myself because it is rich in nutrients and you can make this conditioner straight from your home.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • rotten banana
  • rotten avocado
  • egg
  • blender
  1. Step 1

Smash rotten bananas. You can use one or two bananas if you like but one banana is sufficient. Smash rotten avocado. One rotten avocado is fine. Avocados and bananas are rich in vitamins and high in fat and stops hair from being dry.

  2. Step 2

Take your smash bananas and avocado(s) and blend it in a blender. I prefer a blender because smashing bananas and avocados manually are hard to do. You can end up with chunks of food particles in your hair which you don't want. Trust me. So, make sure you use a blender.

  3. Step 3

Add one egg to mixture. Eggs are high in protein and very good for hair. After blending all of your ingredients, place it in the refrigerator and let it sit over night for ingredients to blend even the more. However, if you want to use the mixture right away, that's fine too. You will receive the same results.

  4. Step 4

Take it out of the refrigerator. Put mixture into your hair. Place a plastic cap over your hair and let it stand for fifteen to twenty minutes. Then wash your hair as usual. I would recommend washing it out into your kitchen sink probably with one that has a garbage disposal. If you don't have a garbage disposal, that's fine too because the mixture should be very soupy and smooth and should not clog up your pipes. After that, your hair should be moisturized and ready for styling.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can add olive oil if you like
