Things You'll Need:
- Toothpaste
- Mouthwash
- Crest Whitestrips
- Teeth
-
Step 1
Toothpaste:
Brushing your teeth 2-3 times a day is essential for a bright white smile. Whitening toothpastes are better for whitening teeth than ordinary toothpaste. I recommend, Crest, Rembrandt, Toms of Maine and Colgate. While they wont make a dramatic difference on their own, combining them with steps 2 and 3 will make your teeth white and bright. Follow the directions on the whitening toothpaste for use. -
Step 2
Over the Counter Whitener:
Crest Whitestrips are the ultimate in affordable teeth whitening. They've actually been proven to work. Crest Whitestrips are easy to use. Follow the directions on the box and within two weeks you will see results. To be sure, take a picture of your teeth before and after! -
Step 3
Mouth Wash:
A whitening mouth wash will really boost your teeth whitening power. Many brands of mouthwash are now making really great whitening mouth washes. Once again, this product works best when combining steps 1 and 2. Using, whitening mouthwash on its own, you may not see much of a difference. Follow the directions on the mouthwash bottle for use. -
Step 4
A dental pick.
Be sure to use a dental pick to remove any plaque build-up on your teeth. Plaque build-up may make your teeth look yellow or brown.
