1
Heat cocoa butter over low heat until completely melted. You can also microwave the cocoa butter, stirring it every 30 seconds until melted.
-
2
Pour the melted cocoa butter into a blender.
-
-
3
Add olive oil. Olive oil richly moisturizes dry skin.
-
4
Put avocado oil into the blender. Avocado oil is one of the most hydrating oils. It works quite well on older, dry skins. If you are prone to oily skin or acne, skip the avocado oil.
-
5
Place sesame oil in the blender. Sesame oil works as an all-natural sunscreen, effectively blocking 30 percent of the sun's damaging rays.
-
6
Add a few drops of your favorite essential oils to the blender, giving the skin cream fragrance and adding the benefits of the oil you choose. For example, add lavender essential oil to promote healing and relieve stress. Try tea tree oil to reduce acne and skin inflammation.
-
7
Blend the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
