This gentle hair mask helps to cleanse the hair gently, while helping to restore the hairs natural moisture. It works well on both normal and dry hair, but I would not suggest using it on oily hair.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 of a Mango
  • Vitamin E Oil Capsule
  1. Step 1

Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo, then towel dry leaving the hair slightly damp.

  2. Step 2

In a blender or food processor, blend the half of the mango on low speed until it becomes a thin paste or puree. If you don't have a food processor or blender, make sure the mango is very ripe and just mash it with a potato masher or fork.

  3. Step 3

In a seperate bowl, chop the banana into smaller pieces then mash gently. I do not suggest using a food processor or blender for the banana.

  4. Step 4

Break the Vitamin E Oil capsule into the mango mixture, and stir together gently.

  5. Step 5

Slowly pour the mango mixture into the banana mixture, folding the ingredients together as you do.

  6. Step 6

Comb the mixture through damp hair and wait 20 minutes before rinsing out with cool water.
