Forgive and Move On In Life
Forgive and Move On In Life

Learning to forgive is probably one the most difficult things to do in life. If the person hurt you in some way, it may be even harder to forgive. But if you want to live a healthy and happy life, forgiving is a very important tool for that.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

You have to understand that the hate you have for another will not ever hurt them. Most likely, that person has forgotten about you and has moved on.

  2. Step 2

Try to look at the problems you are having from a completely different viewpoint.

  3. Step 3

Look for people that will help you get over this. You could try talking to a close friend or maybe a counselor could help you.

  4. Step 4

You have to be patient when you first start to forgive. Be patient and always remember to love yourself. It will take time to heal from the pain (physical or emotional) that you have taken.

  5. Step 5

You have to stop thinking about or talking about what happened. Think about how many times a day, a week, a month you have told someone about what happened. Telling about what occurred can make you feel so negative and who ever you tell down as well.
