Love Handle Exercises. Get rid of Love Handles with Love Handle Workouts or Love Handle Exercises. Looking to get rid of your love handles this season. I have included a few movements and links to websites to help you on your way.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    As your body gets older it becomes even more difficult to keep fat off of your body. A mans love handles is the equivalent fat storage of a females hips and thighs. Working out your love handles alone will not do the job. Unfortunately you need proper diet and exercise to reduce your love handles.

  2. Step 2

    Cardio training 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week is a good routine to fall into. This along with a reduction in carbohydrates will begin to the results your looking for. I also recommend weight training 3-4 times a week. The more muscle you develop the more calories you can burn a day.

  3. Step 3

    Diet pills can also be helpful for losing love handles. Ab Ripper and Hydroxycut are a few that I highly recommend. Combining fat burning pills along with diet, cardio and a workout will get you back on the path to a leaner body. I have attached a few links to some more information for you to view.
