If you and your partner are trying to conceive and having difficulty it may be due to a low sperm count. There are some very easy natural ways to increase sperm count. Follow these steps to boost sperm count and increase your fertility.

  1. Step 1

    Heat can kill sperm which will lower your sperm count. To increase sperm count wear boxers rather than briefs. Also avoid all tight fitting clothes. Hot baths or sitting in a hot tub can also lower sperm count.

  2. Step 2

    Avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking. All of these substances can lower your sperm count and are harmful to your body.

  3. Step 3

    Eat healthy nutritious foods. A low fat diet high in protein and fruits and vegetables will be most beneficial. Cut out unnecessary sugars or additives.

  4. Step 4

    Lose weight if you are overweight. Excess weight can cause hormone imbalances that can lower sperm counts. Maintaining a healthy weight will make you feel better and will increase your sperm count.
