   At this point you should have already been promoting your business; people should already be looking for you and your services. You should have some sort of relationship with your clients.

2. 

   Start your Avon team. Make a list of at least 20 people you think might be successful Avon sales representatives. Think hard! Your friends, family members, and your CLIENTS can be your great team!Stay at home mothers are a great choice.

3. Make copies of some of the information given to you at the beginning of your Avon journey. Remember the enticing fliers which made you smile with excitement? Use them and make sure to staple your business card to them.

4. 

   Distribute these fliers to your prospective team and explain to them why you believe they'd be great Avon sales reps.

5. 

   Once you have at least 5 people who have committed to working with you, make sure you all agree to strive to sell 200.00 worth of Avon merchandise. As your team grows, your earnings will start growing too.

6. Make sure to treat your team right. Make them feel appreciated for their hard work. Allow them to call you whenever they have questions. Make sure to call them to touch basis with them every other week, at least to say hi. This way you build a relationship and they will feel like an important part of your team.
