Daily life can cause you a lot of stress. Follow these simple steps to relieve some of the stress in your life.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • a little bit of time
  • a little bit of will power
  1. Step 1

The first step in reducing your stress level is to cut out the caffeine in your daily diet. Not only will this reduce your anxiety/stress level, it will also help you get over your afternoon crash once the caffeine has worn out. Cut out all coffee and chocolate.

  2. Step 2

Get a full night sleep. Try to get between seven and eight hours of sleep per night. If you get a full night sleep you won't need the caffeine to keep you awake during the day.

  3. Step 3

Get yourself organized. Go out and buy a daily planner. Record all your work and personal events to prevent last minute stress of needing to buy gifts or having more than one thing going on at a time. This will enable you to prepare for things in advance.

  4. Step 4

Exercise, eat healthy and cut out all the junk food. Exercising is one of the best ways to reduce stress. But not only do you reduce stress, you feel better about yourself.
